ZL1 or Jeep GC SRT8 or Charger SRT8
Hello all. Need some unbiased advice on a new car. Looking at the 2013 ZL1, 2013 Grand Cherokee SRT8 and the 2013 Charger SRT8. I know everyone will tell me to go for the ZL1 but since I have a 21 month old daughter, it's not really practical....but that doesn't stop me from drooling over it and I'm really tempted to go with a Camaro, which I've always wanted. The Grand Cherokee is really well built and almost luxurious on the inside. The Charger is the most practical for me since it's a sedan but basically a sports car. Any suggestions/opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't understand... Are you looking for someone to convince you to buy a ZL1?

Guess I'm just looking to see how the interior is, if anybody has used a car seat in the back and just everyone's general opinion on the ZL1. Also, since we're all car guys, just wanted to see what you all thought of the other two vehicles, even though they're from a different auto maker.

Just seems like a large car seat doesn't fit well in a Camaro. Could be wrong though. That's why I'm asking.

The back seats are definitely small and adults don't fit well back there. You're kiddo's will fit fine and a car seat won't be a problem. And just my opinion...I think the Grand Cherokee SRT8 is a fantastic all around vehicle with a good base platform to build a hot rod so you can't go wrong getting one.

No idea on whether the car seat would fit but you could easily test it out at any dealer with a Camaro on the lot. Obviously a 4 door would be easier to get her into and out of the car seat so I see now why you think a 4 door would be more practical. I don't think the Charger is at the same performance level of the ZL1 but its def a fast fun muscle car and I personally like the styling..

Depends on what you need. Child seat fits in the back seat just fine in the ZL1, but if you need to use it to transport your kid and all his stuff every day, the Jeep would be easier to use. We mostly use my wife's Enclave when we go out, but we can all use the ''vert when needed.

That's what I was thinking, a Charger SRT8 is a nice ride and you can still have fun with it.
