BG Oil ?

I'm getting ready to change my Rear Diff and Trans fluid. Would the BG products be something that could hurt anything?

I may be wrong, but I also believe that they offer a partial warranty for what their fluids go in.
I was told by a shop that BG would offer a partial warranty on my transmission for damage/failure when I replace the fluid with BG's.
