Anyone can help with the torque spec for the front & rear endlinks cause they keep making puping sound.

If it is indeed coming from the stabilizer links you can try re torquing them but I know GM has had issues with those on just about every vehicle since they changed them from the bolt and bushing style to the ball and socket style not completely sure if these have that style haven't had mine on the hoist yet lol but if it does and re torquing doesn't solve it try and go for an aftermarket part something like MOOG or something that some of the speed/performance shops might suggest

I'd opt to put on an aftermarket part from a really good manufacturer someone like MOOG that should solve it especially knowing from experience the GM stabilizer links are and extremely common problem on just about every car they produce opt for some pricier options like MOOG they tend to have grease fittings so you can grease them on a regular basis they seem to last a lot longer than the factory ones
