New brake pad recommendations

Just as the title states, im going to need new breaks on my v6 non brembos and need some recommendations on what to get. I want a more aggressive pad than stock because I track the car every once and a while. I know I should upgrade to brembos but I dont track the car enough to justify the purchase.

I'd suggest going with the Hawk HPS pads. They will be an upgrade over your stock pads. The next step up would be the HP plus, but they have the potential to squeal so be forewarned if you do go that route.

Please feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions or pricing.

Best regards,

For the more aggressive pad you listed, the sqeal is from the pads needing to heat up more am I correct?

And i see that on your site that ceramic breaks are just a little bit more expensive than the other pads, what are the pros and cons of these pads?

They can squeal even when hot.

Ceramic pads are for show cars and daily drivers that never see aggressive driving. They will be a decrease in performance but the benefit is they produce very little dust and are gentle on rotors.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.
