Yup! It sounds great and it's easy to put on after you remove the mufflers!

I have Dynomax VT and they sound great. Quiet when you back off but nice growl when you accelerate. No drone as advertised. Been on 2 years no issues.

Bought the x pipe from apexspeed.com for about $100. I replaced the h pipe, cut off the mufflers, installed the quad tip diffuser, and installed quad tips.

A regular x pipe will add rasp. If you use the magnaflow resonated x pipe it will reduce the rasp and drone

MRT V2 and I love them, definitely worth it for the sound.

I have also added the Solo high flow catalytic converters and even though it made it sound a little more aggressive I can't say they are worth it for the price. If I had to do it again I wouldn't waste the money. JMO.

FlowMaster Super 40's: http://youtu.be/-6a_O63JaAA

Super 40's with Magnaflow resonated Xpipe, sorry about the camera shaking , the exhaust made that happen from about 8 feet away .

BTW .. Don't shoot exhaust tone videos while the car is in a garage , its not an accurate representation because of the echo created by the enclosed area.

Dynomax ultraflow, love them. I don't even notice the drone. Paid $200 used. I think they are 350 new.

Here's a video. Not mine though

MRT V2 with Magnaflow x-pipe (non-resonated) and stock resonators in place. Love it!

mbowen- No, I did it all at once. Thats better to do because the exhaust shifts inward in the back because the x-pipe is not a direct fit. Its a tad raspy, but nothing like a Honda and I love how it sounds.

I don't know why but this thread got a lot of attention lol. i would like to thank every one for their replies and opinions on exhaust & etc. i can see now that there are many different elements to consider, with just as many different outcomes. Still not sure what to get though hahaha.

I think just about anything sound's better than stock. I didn't want to spend 600+ on exhaust, especial with car being a few months old, so I just replaced mufflers with FlowMaster 10 series. I even kept stock tips (will change w/ black one's soon) total cost was $240 including installation. With the extra $300 I saved I bought K&N cai. Sound's great, do get quite a bit drone but it's better than the stock radio. Never DYNO'd so I don't know if I lost anything, but it doesn't feel like I did. Sound's & feels quicker. Anyone think this was bad idea? I'm budget conscious.

If you are happy with what you did then it wasn't a bad idea....
