**BIG NOTE** so this does not get sidetracked this is in regard to drag racing....
Hellcat is a beast in comparison stock to stock. look at autos gearing with transmission ultimate granny low. with computer control for traction it works great. The manual running 3.91 is going to give many drivers issues coming off the line. If you don't feather the clutch all you will do is lose traction and give a worse time. Their 6060 in gearing is between a ZL1 and a SS so dropping down to 3.73 gears should make it easier off the line and faster times for the average driver.

I read all 27 pages, now my head hurts. Just my opinion coming from someone who bought their first American car. When it came to my ZL1, I only had the GTR as my other option. I looked at Ford and Dodge. To me, not on the same quality level. From the eye test and the seat test. I was about to pull the trigger on a 14 GTR, but wanted to at least try the ZL1. I didn't even drive it or see it. I researched online every outlet for about 3 months. It was obvious that the ZL1 was the choice. I ordered it, picked it up the other day and I'm glad I did. I have no loyalty in the auto game. I could care less. What sold it for me on the ZL over everything else was the handling capabilities and the look. Which is my sole opinion. I could care less to have a 700Hp stock car just to go ramble on to my buddies and brag. The ZL in two days has brought more attention than my friends GT500 and my buddies Challenger. I know because they park in the same office lot I do. I left the building today and I had 4 people literally walking around my ZL giving the look over. That tells me something. But anyhow, I'm just blabbering away.

People like high stock power. People like a high stock power car where they can add more power. GT-500 was king in straight line for 13/14.

According to the October issue of Motor Trend,
GM does NOT beat the Hell Kitty. This is based on "Street Presence" and it's higher hp and better interior? Funny it is not based on overall performance. I knew they would not rate the ZL1 higher because it has had it's run on being on top. |

The next big thing in Camaro's world will top the current Dodge and Ford offerings. Then after a while Ford or Dodge will up their game. It's a vicious cycle and we all benefit from it.
It's really a great thing... Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
