Maritz survey
I already filled out the customer satisfaction survey from GM, now I received a survey in the mail from a research company called Maritz. Is this related to the GM one in that the dealer gets credit or is this 3rd party that doesn't hold any weight?

In my opinion, any chance you get to provide feedback matters. Not everyone fills out those surveys, and companies who care enough to produce such polls really want to know what is going on. There's a lot of separation between GM's leadership and the guys selling cars. They want to know that you had a good experience in the process of getting yours.
