Camaro brotherhood
There are not many Camaros in the area. Probably seen 7-8 individual ones.
But when I pass one, they flash my high beams. Especially the black ones. Probably not worth a thread over. But I think that is so freakin cool! Anyone else get this? Side note: One looks exactly like mine but cleaner. Makes me want to mod the exterior. Haven't figured out how yet but I've been looking at the gallery for ideas. |

I do this too but alot of people dont even notice. For exterior I'd start with your tail light bezels. For other mods you're better off looking in cosmetics or DIY section.

I always flick my lights or flash a peace sign to other camaro owners no matter what gen they are.

for some reason, SS owners don't wave back when I wave...everybody else does. Even Mustang owners... inexplicable...

Too many Camaro in my area for a nice brother hood. A couple years ago everyone waved and smiled, but now most of the owners I encounter just want to be left alone (not bothered).
In a 15 minute drive around town, I'll see at least a dozen 5th gens. I see way more 5th gens than 5.0 Mustangs. It's actually quite rare to see a 5.0 in my area.

nobody in Texas ever flashes or waves at me in camaros, the only people that flash or wave back are Vettes.. but everytime i look at who is driving the camaro it seems to be a girl?

I wish there were more 5th gens on the streets around here, but there are lots of Camaros and we all wave or give thumbs up every time we see each other on the streets.

I feel the love in TX! Especially when It's a 68 or 69 with an older gentleman driving. You get the wave, and nod from both sides. Respect and I love it when age generations can enjoy the same passion!
