Yeah, I've changed my thoughts on a few things, and one of them is loud/aggressive exhaust systems. The louder it is, the more attention it brings and sometimes it's negative attention. All it may take is one time where your car is being towed because of it to get inspected. If my car ever got towed, I'm not sure I'd even want it back. They would destroy it probably, or I would imagine it may at least have dings, scratches, etc. Sometimes it can be just as fun to here the sound of the supercharger or turbo rather than loud exhaust. I just want a car that I can drive and not get hassled with for stuff like that. I don't mind window tint, and no front plate, but the taillight tint and loud exhaust seem to get way to much bad attention, lol. These are all the things that we all will likely get tickets for since these 5th generation Camaro's are just to good looking and they stick out like sore thumbs.

i hear you bro! im consider putting the stock exhaust back on when i do the headers, that way it wont be too loud at cruising speeds but i guess that what you have to put up with if you wanna live in cali:(

Thank god we don't have any kind of inspection here you can do whatever you feel like with your car it's all legal.

the begenning of this thread the first 2 pictures shows 2 different ZL1 s as you can see by the air dams in front of the back tires and ive seen other ZL1s with those on them

It's the same car, those are used to protect the edges of the doors from dings and scratches.
