Not sure why the opted for max performance summer tires.....modern all season Ultra high Performance tires give you 90-95% of the grip the summer-only tires do, but make the car driveable year round. I upgraded to Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ a few months ago and wish I’d done it years ago.

Thanks guys the local tire shop in town swears by the g-mas as05 tires and I told them I was pretty sure the car came with summer tires from the factory and they said the as05 are much better tires and have a tread warranty... I'm skeptical and think they might just be trying to move what they have in stock

Do some research on Tire Rack.com, they have all kids of reviews on all the tires they sell. Pretty good info. The P-Zero's are garbage, one of the first things I changed.. Good luck

The G-Max AS-05 was my runner up.....they get great reviews. At the time Tire Rack had a clearance sale on the Michelin’s I got, and a $125 rebate....think they were also available in time for the installation appointment vs having to reschedule it
