yea it also helps cause of all those cobalts they sold really though the new ss cobalt's are fairly rare my uncle's only had 3 and one was because i ordered one and the other was off of smart auction and some guy from colorado ordered one and another sat on the lot for a month (what a long month for the car too everybody was looking at it and wanting it just because of what i've done to mine) and a guy from south carolina bought it and my uncle can't get anymore but those equinox's are selling fast too

but the '10 Camaro's fly off lot's around here i'm dissipointed in my mom's choice though... ugh

Sales are fine. But where are they when talking about profit? And where do they need to be in sales to get to a profit?

I still only count 27 days in 2009....if all dealerships close on Sundays...

Do you think the cash for clunker's may have had a bit to play into sales..

Maybe a small part but they felt like that was mostly over in september.

Industry estimated October SAAR of 10.6 million could be the highest monthly SAAR since November 2008.
It appears that the bulk of the “Cash-for-Clunkers” pull-ahead occurred by the end of September.
Industry inventory levels are anticipated to increase moderately into Q4 to support modestly rising industry sales.

Not really, since GM had a smaller share of C4C sales than many of their other competitors, and the program was over in august.
