It disappoints me that the automotive press, fickle as ever, plays the Camaro interior as being "crappy" when one can point to several articles from before the release of the 5th Gen touting the interior as ground breaking and retro-chic...

As an owner of 2 4th gens, a 3rd gen, and a kid who rode around in several
2nd gens, I laugh at the notion that the 5th gen interior is crap. Then again, if I was an automotive journalist who gets paid to quip about the newest and best thing, I'm sure I'd be fickle too... hell, my paycheck would depend on it. As someone who's hopelessly in love with the 5th Gen and trying to figure out which banks I can rob and get away with it (joking around for any LEOs who might take me seriously) so I can afford one, I'd take the interior as-is and never, ever complain!
