ATI bypass valve flange question... ?

I currently have the ATI proflow bullet valve with my procharger... I was given a red ATI race series valve for free and was wondering if it will attach directly to the flange that the bullet valve is connected to or do I need to weld on a new flange that is specific to their race series valve?

You need to weld on a new flange.

Well that sucks... Thank you! Guess I won't be swapping it out myself then.
