Well my wife and I finally moved into our new house we closed on 5/5 started moving in that day we finished up Sunday.

Specs: 5BR, 3Bath, Loft (upstairs), 3-car garage.

Very nice. I am out of touch on new homes with exception that I keep seeing this and very similar layouts and I like it. My daughter just bought in Phoenix and hers is very similar. Hers has the smaller of the garages inboard between the entrance and the two-car....and the builder opted to make the one car an office right off the entrance inside

The upstairs will be all wood floors (loft) and one of the two bedrooms will be my office with wood floors.

We closed last year on our new build. It's an awesome feeling. We did a 2750 sq ft open floor plan three bedroom with bonus room over the garage.

It's cool to see the differences in looks and construction depending where you are at in the US.

I agree, and I love seeing home pix.

I lived in Tampa for awhile, and this home is very identifiable to me as being "Florida."

Love that garage, for sure!!!
