Big Day tomorrow

Going to try and raise the bar on the record for the fastets N/A pass, swapped the rear brakes out today and put a underdrive pulley on the crank.

To my knowledge no one has ran any faster then my 11.37 pass, going to try and see if I can break into the 10 second barrier tomorrow with out the bottle. I had full intentions of pulling the heads off this week and having them milled but we were too busy at the shop to mess with it.

This Texas weather is perfect for drag racing, tomorrow's high is 63 and the DA currently is less then 600 ft. We'd go tonight but ODRA has the track rented:(

I ordered some spacers for the rear that bolt on to clear my 16" CCW's, they are the 10" Classics and they rub the control arm with no spacer on them. If they were the 9" wheels, they would fit now. Thats another 30 pounds of rotating weight saved!

I know pretty much what everything has weighed vs what I put back on it. Car should weigh in at 3780 w/ driver tomorrow, I need to drain the tank.......it's full. Bad weather here all this week.

It ended up being 20.5 lbs lighter with the v6 rear brakes. The calipers weigh the same and each rotor was 10.25 lbs lighter.

What ever it takes to go fast!
You are going to be in the 10's on motor before anyone else gets there with a power adder.

I am aware of that. I was talking about him running 10's on nitrous and 10's on motor before anyone else.

Myself and Number_9 plan to be there tomorrow.....

We'll see if I can 60' with a clutch.....Been paying close attention to what you and Sam have been doing out of the gate....We'll see if I can pull it off with the P-ZERO's....

I'd be happy with a SUB 2.0 but if I could get in the 1.8X range then all the better !
