It just mounts the tire. You still have to inflate it. At least, that's what I think.

My buddy tried that on his almost monster truck and it shot the tire about 20ft away. Scared the shit out of him.

I tried this the other day with my lawn mower tire but it didnt work :( I was doing it exactly the same but with engine starting fluid. Luckily I did get it on though afterward, but without all the cool fire.
