What technique they use to do the hash marks? That's awesome!

The technique they used on the hash marks is called knifeless vinyl. Look up knifeless tape, it's a special fine line tape that sticks to the surface and vinyl doesn't permanently bond with. Inside the thin yellow tape is a little sharp filament that when pulled at the correct angle, cuts through the vinyl clean, from the bottom up. Then you remove the remnants of tape from under the cut edge and squeegee the edges down for the finish. It's nice stuff for doing compound curves and custom vinyl work with zero need for cnc plotters and cutting vinyl on the paint. Just gotta know how to work with the stuff cuz it's finicky.

Looks like Avery at a glance from memory but I'd have to tee watch the video. Look at the branding on the backing paper when they remove it. It's either Avery, 3m 1080 or the best product to use is 3m di-noc. Di-noc it's pricy but it's the best 3d film on the market and it's the most forgiving. YouTube some di-Noc demos and you'll be amazed.
