what is the best double din out there...

I am looking for the best one out there…. price really is not a concern but a built it navigation is a must… seen a ton of them out there but dont really know enough about them … plans are for a full JL setup, already go the stealth box and sub and will be buying the rest of the stuff in the new future… install will not be happening till mid summer (august) so maybe some ideas of new stuff coming out..

any help is appreciated

thats a tough call... like asking a large group of men which woman is the prettiest.

In all the head units I have had, Alpine, Pioneer and Clarions have served me the best, Alpine and Pioneer are my brand preference for double-dins.

I dont have an interest in doing this myself so I have no first hand experience, however I am always in this forum. That being said I see a lot of people using Pioneer and Kenwoods so maybe check those out.

Cheers
K

best double din nav hands down is the kenwood excelon 9960.. best nav (garmin) best screen, voice commands, bluetooth built in, 4 volt pre-outs, best EQ.. the list goes on, nothing comes close.. they have always made the best screens, they have also always been the first to market.

Same here Alpine and Pioneer for me, in that order, I have had many of both and of other brands, I have enjoyed my Alpines and Pioneers the most!
