I need help deciding. SS or a ZL1

I keep going back and forth between these two amazing machines. I really can't decide which one i should get. Cost isn't a issue really cause the car is going to be paid off the second i pick it up, but then again i also can't decide if it's worth it to spend the extra 15k for a ZL1. I was planning on doing Full exhaust/suspension work to what ever year SS i was going to get (probably a 13). Then again SS's are so common here where i live and i've always dreamed of having a ZL1. I used to own a 2010 SS so i know what they are like. I want to know what you guys think i should do?!

"i also can't decide if it's worth it to spend the extra 15k for a ZL1." --- There's that complicated issue again... Worth... That's such a hard thing to value.

What is it you're looking to do with the car? No one can truly answer the question, but at this point, I don't see that there's really enough information in your post to help you either way.

Get the SS & use that extra $15K for mods to make it your own.

Do you like conformity or do you like to be unique?
Are you OK with having a modded car that's cheaper and more powerful or do you want something OEM and more powerful?
Would you prefer being a wolf in sheep's clothing or a lion on the plain?

etc.

I like to be unique. I really like how the ZL1 has a warranty for the supercharger and what not, while if i do the stuff to a SS it wouldn't be under one at all. The ZL1 I wouldn't have to put any money to mod it at all, while again the SS i would be putting 5k-10k.

This and the below are a bit in conflict with each other.

OEM ZL1 you will not be unique. You will be just like any other OE ZL1. But, as you stated, you will have power, handling and warranty --- but, you can lose out to modded SS cars.

Modded SS you can be unique. You won't be like many others, but you will lose the warranty, but you gain the ability to outrun OEM ZL1s

I mean there would be a few appearance mods i would do to a ZL1, but i wouldn't have to do any engine or performance upgrades at all i feel like. It would be enough for me 580 hp and 556 lbs of torque. No need to go bigger at least now lol

You've pretty much decided, you're just having difficulties stating it then. Most all your replies show you're leaning more towards the ZL1.
