If that's the case then I would say something as well. Thinking there might be more foul play here by the media.

Some people are all f*cked up. My friend has a neighbour who call the cops on her because she was staring at him while he was smoking weed. My friend is a detective with the police so that did not turn out the way he wanted.

Full story here, does not appear to be a commercial smoker, but I do suspect it has more to do with the person doing the BBQ! It could also be a hoax too!
