So what kinds of problems are you guys having?

Hi everyone,

I'm a Mustang owner that loves his car, but I'm kind of getting sick of hood corrosion and a junky transmission that misses shifts.

So I noticed GM is giving 6 years no interest on the Camaro. This is very tempting. I know a new Camaro is coming out, but now be the the time to score a great deal on a 2015.

So what kinds of problems are you guys having with your cars? Anything I need to look out for?

What kinds of stock 1/4 mile times are people getting out of 14/15 SS Autos?

Thanks ahead of time for the advice!!

- My drivers side door panel is falling off, which is cool.
- I have several rattles inside the car that I can't solve no matter how many times I bang on things.
- The Brembo Brakes squeal to high hell

Other than that, the car is awesome. Wouldn't trade it for a Mustang or a Challenger even if you gave me one for free.

Mustang owner drool rusting our hoods, our engines being so easy to build we make too much h.p. and need to build the rear end, lack of a extra cam and a big rubber band in our engine so we spin it to the moon til it breaks, and not missing shifts causing us to pass pissed off owners of other muscle cars. Really this seems like a troll post, I would look to true delta for reliability ratings if I were you, and find the Camaro is on top of the muscle cars in reliability.

all jokes aside I haven't had any major issues at all. and I have almost 97,000 miles on it now.

as far as 1/4 mile times, you can expect high 12's to low 13's depending on the driver and the air quality.

i've had 3 mustangs..a 2006 a 2005 and a 2010.
you will be blown away how much better these camaros are...they have modern suspension which will be a revelation after that lump of steel ford calls a rear set up.
these cars seem to have very few issues unlike those crappy mustangs.
GO FOR IT DUDE U WONT REGRET IT ONE BIT

So far the only problem I have is not driving mine enough maybe once a month.

So far 74k on my 2010 the only issue was the rear spoiler rubbing on the deck lid (deck lid repainted under warranty), and the leather strap to hold the seatbelt down was tearing and GM replaced the seat cover.

So why would this be a troll post? I'm just seeking information about a possible new car purchase.

I'm doing homework before I buy.

I bought mine in December of 2014. No issues or problems at all. The car is tight. Runs like a scalded dog. I think it's the best quality vehicle I have ever owned and I've owned a lot of them.

This is good to know.

Thanks

I may go test drive some next week. I kind of want to wait for the 2016's, but the 6 years no interest is very hard to ignore.
