Mids and Highs amp Tuning
Hi everyone i just learned how to adjust my woofer amp using a multimeter and was wondering how do i use it to adjust my mids and highs? whats ohms are the stock speakers and how many watts are they my mids and highs amp is a 360jx/4 jl audio . Thank you everyone.

Basically its the same thing for the mids and high. Figure out what the stock speakers can handle, find out the ohm load and plug it into the eqution and tune the level til the multimeter matches what the speakers will handle. Then you can play with the frequency.

yeah, turn the multimeter to ohm setting and put the probes on positive and negative of the speaker

This is great.. I need a multimeter immediately.. so turn to the volt? Or ohm setting at the multimeter? The video above talks about the voltage.. also, full volume even for speakers or just subwoofers??

Here's a chart. This should help everyone out if they ever need it. Look at the othm level you're gonna run. Look at what the watt output is and then turn the amp level until it reads the voltage that it says on the chart. You'll be surprised at how little you might have to turn up the levels on the amp. Every time I look at a system somebody else has installed they're always cranked to 3/4+. My 3000w is maybe 1/4 way turned up.

ok so For subwoofer, I need a Test CD, right? what about for mids and highs?? any music?? or specific CD??
