SELLING OTTOBODY HARNESS NON-RS TO RS

i have a takeoff from my car and it comes with loom and extended wire for you to tap in the fuse box for the halos....i had them hooked up to fuse 15(ignition) so they turned on when my key was in.

is the harness so your halos stay on with your drl?

So it is just plug and play as long as you have an non-rs, but bought RS headlights?

Or do you still need to splice the halos in?
