Well history says he is Mid....so do his stats then and now....sure he makes some splash plays and the media loves the next big story.

Some decent corner and safety play and he won't be Joe Bomber anymore.

8 starts 2 wins 6 losses..6TD's and 5 ints and 8 fumbles longest Splash play 70yds .

NYJ 2020-22

12 games played 9 starts 1 win and 8 losses....14TD's and 6 ints with 8 fumbles

Splash plays 2020...52 yds.... 2021...62 yds...2022...66 yds

2023 Browns

5 games....record 4-1... 13 TD's and 8 ints with 4 fumbles... Splash play 75 yds

His stats are very similar to his recent past so are they winning because of him or inspite of him?

DTR and PJ Walker make him look like a perennial Pro Bowler

Win Jags QB Lawrence 31-27 Home

Win Texans QB Keenum and Mills 36-22 Road

Win Jets QB Siemian 37-20 Home

Win Bears QB Fields 20-17 Home

When the playoffs come they won't be facing back up QBs

They(Browns) only beat one legit QB thats T Lawrence and they(Jags) are on a 4 game slide with him so banged up he will miss his first start ever.

Look I don't hate the guy I think its great that he found a decent team and is having some success.

But stats don't lie and right now its all smoke and mirrors.

Browns were (I think) 5 -1 with Watson. 2 - 3 without him. So the season was falling apart.

As far as who Joe has beaten, all you can do is beat who you are playing. Nobody was apologizing when they beat the Browns second and third stringers.

And to start a whole 'nother conversation - Fields is legit. The Bears front office is going to lose significant sleep over what to do with the #1 pick. Get it wrong either way and they're gone.

So if Fields played on your favorite team you would be comfortable giving him 50m per year for 5-10 years with 75% of it guaranteed?

I know what I would do if I were the GM...I would try to trade him or release him.

He is only worth 6m on the books and about 5m is bonus money.

They carried a 36m dead cap hit this year and next year they have 62m in cap so whats 6m or so just a drop in the bucket.

Draft a new QB and a true #1 WR in the first round and spend 45m on FA's like an Edge rusher and a couple of O linemen

Next week the Bills get to defend their AFCE crown and look to 4 peat when they travel to Miami.

Win and the crown is theirs along with a home playoff game and the #2 seed.

Not the greatest game for the offence and JA17's streak of 23 straight games with a TD pass came to an end (it was the longest in the NFL)

But with every cloud comes a ray of sunshine...this is the first time the Bills have ever had 4 consecutive 10 plus win seasons since 1960 when the team was founded.

Even in the 4 Super Bowls in a row years it never happened.

I agree simply because when there’s two good teams in a division they typically split/win their home game. I just can’t see the dolphins getting swept.

No one talking about the Ravens trouncing 2x of the "best" teams in the NFL?

Bills/Dolphins closing out the regular season Sunday night.

Bills can miss playoffs with a loss, jags beat titans, and Steelers beat a resting ravens

On the other hand, Miami loses, they get the 6th seed and play @ KC

There is roughly a 57% chance Buffalo and Miami meet in wildcard weekend with a Bills win as well

The thing is the Bills don't need any help...win and their in.

The other good thing is they will know if they are in the playoffs before they kick off.

Thats why this game was the clear choice for Sunday Night even if the Bills secure a WC spot they still play to defend their crown.

The Fins barely beat the Cowgirls.

The Bills smoked them 31-3 they(girls) got 10 on the score board but the TD came with less than 3 minutes to go with their starters vs our backups so basically garbage time to make it look semi respectable.

So in reality the Fins still can't beat a good team

This game should look a lot like a Bills home game with all the Bills Mafia there

The Eagles have been in a tail spin since the Bills game.

I guess when you win a game you clearly lost in OT with the refs gifting a second chance it does something to your mind

The Bengals being out of the playoffs is sweet but it was hard to cheer for KC even if they are a shadow of their former selves

It was also great to see the D imploding and yelling at each other like the offence does
