Took it in to the dealer for a rattle in the panel that surrounds the top latch handle. In 15 minutes the found the problem, a broken clip, unfortunately to fix it they have to replace the entire piece, which is now on order.
On a side note, it looks like they have been swapping out a bunch of Camaro exhaust systems. I saw 5 of them piled up out back of the service department. I am assuming that people are getting the GMPP exhaust installed in place of the factory system. I also looked at two ZL1s they had, a Victory Red Convertible and a Black Coupe.

Went to Prescott for the 4th of July parade on Saturday.It was kinda nice to see the town trying to operate as usual.Just about every float or animal had some kind of tribute to the 19 firefighters.There was hardly a dry eye in town that day.

Nowhere crazy... Gym, then lunch (sandwich for me, Shell station for the car), then picked up a few groceries for dinner. Hey, even if it wasn't the biggest adventure, I was still smiling that I got to spend time with her.

I went to Hardee's to pick up breakfast. I had the top down and had to pull forward to wait on my order. All of a sudden I heard banging on the window next to where I was parked. There were several people at a table trying to get my attention, when I looked over they all gave me a thumbs up. I waved back and said thank you. Then one if them got up and came outside to talk to me. He told me what a beautiful car it was and asked how much horsepower it had. I told him it was a V6 with 323HP. He said that's good, then he told me he has a 68 RS/SS and a 72 SS, he has been trying to get his wife to let him get a new Camaro but she says he has too many toys already. He then said again how he liked the car and to have a good day, I thanked him and he went back inside.

We decided that since it finally stopped raining for a couple days we would put the top down and go up to the lake. It was beautiful up there, but it got very hot on the way home, the car was showing 98 degrees and when we got home our house thermometer was showing 96 in the shade!

Made a 300 mile round trip to buy a 12 bolt rear end for my 4th gen.
Going to make the same trip this weekend in a truck to go get it
