Has anyone had any troubles with their MyLInk not working at all?
I've had my 2014 for a month, 500 miles, and when I started it up after having lunch, nothing worked. Tried shutting down the car and still nothing. The MyLink will go the the homepage with the bowtie but it never leaves that page, no backup camera, no bluetooth, no radio, no nav, nothing..... Obviously a warranty issue and hopefully a quick trip to the dealer unless anyone has seen this or has a quick fix trouble shooting wise that I don't know about. |

Nope works like a champ only 680 miles on her...
But have heard it is quirk-ee once in a while, but luckily havent had an issue with mine (yet)... |

sorry if this sounds stupid but did you happen to push the power button on the volume knob? when the radio is turned off it defaults to the bowtie screen.

I've had mine crash on me a few times. Screen freezes for about 5 minutes or so and then it reboots itself. Haven't found any permanent side effects from it though, just annoying when it happens.

If the whole thing is dead incluing the camera it might be a fuse.

Mine started bombing out on me. It would be okay at startup and then 5 minutes or so later, it would either just go blank or get weird lines across it - controls would not work. Took it to my dealer and they did the "reprogram" stuff. Finally ended up ordering a whole new unit. Replaced it and programmed it and it works fine now. Sometimes, stuff just breaks.

I don't have the my link, just the regular stereo/cd player in mine, a few years back the LED on it went all blue (all on) whenever the temp fell below 30, stereo worked, but you couldn't see a thing on it. Long story short, the dealer popped a new stereo head unit in and no problems ever since. Good luck, but I think you should be fine, hopefully they don't fool with it too much trying to diagnose it before they order a new one.

Mine sometimes screws up. Had it freeze completely once on me when I got a phone call. It also does this thing where I'll have my air on, but it'll show it's off. It's annoying, but all in all it's worked alright

Mine has been fine for the most part. The air speed indicator on the screen isn't right all the time. I have 9000 + miles hoping everything last.

Thanks for the info everyone. Weird day for it...I got off work and it was working again. Made a stop and it was frozen again (I shut the car off a couple times at stop lights and nothing). Made a second stop on the way home and it came on when I got back in. I do have a Galaxy S3 but haven't had issues before. Today was the first I brought my iPod in the car and hooked it up to the USB port. Weird. I'll bring it in.....no biggie.

I've only had intermittent problems on mine, which of course can never be duplicated at the dealership. I hope yours is an easy fix.
