Another potential recall - Emergency Brake Lever

So I was getting into my car and I bumped my funny bone on the E-Brake handle.

If you were to do this while driving down the road it could possible make you swerve and cause a wreck.

Potentially very dangerous. Either way it really hurt.

Should I seek legal advice on this?

Don't. It will result in a recall where GM will separate the E-Brake handle and the lever

Same thing happened to me. Time for a class action to address the high rise E-Brake lever.

Another step closer to the abomination that is the self-driving car. We want less buttons, not more

I agree -- my wife's car has that and I don't like it -- but she does...

don't. GM's fix will be having the E-Brake lever hang off the new key with the fob.
