After a whole bunch of emails that never got a response, their whole website has just disappeared. This does not bode well for my headlights, that are now flickering more than ever when in "DRL" mode.

Quick fix for you.
Disable the DRL. there is a spring inside of the knob that makes the knob go to the auto position all the time, if you remove this spring you can have the knob in the off position during the day and move it to the "auto" at night.
This is one option and its free.

Or you can buy a new harness from a different vendor.

Good luck.

How do you get the knob off (hahahahahh)? I didn't want to do this hack but it seems like now I have no choice.

Instead of hacking your headlight switch, just get a new harness from gen5diy. His relays are accessible too.

Finally heard back from Otto. They told me I have to have the dealership disable the DRLs. Which obviously no dealership will do. And the whole point of this harness is to turn low voltage DRL into high voltage Low Beams, thats why the lights worked great for the first year or two. I guess I'll be buying another set of harnesses.

Sound like it might be a bad wire in the harness So some times you can pop the pins out with a small flat head like eyeglass flat head and pop the top so that they lock back into please or it could be a brake in one of the wire If you have a multimedia ck for Continuity both ends I might have missed it but do they flicker only after you have started moving or just when you are stop and after you have stop and played with them do they stay on

They flicker only when the DRLs are active. If I turn the knob to manually turn the low beams on, they are fine. Or if I flip the high beams on, it's ok. To me, it sounds like failing relays that are not triggering the increased voltage when the DRLs are on. It doesn't seem to me like a loose connection type issue.

Relays very rarely go bad a ran an install shop for 12 years and every body always wants to run to the relay I have seen two go bad 12 years and that was because they where be used in the wrong apparitions with that being said they are cheap and a good starting point but it sound like it might be the switch switch might not be thrown out Enough current to active aftermarket relay when Drl is active try the relays then try the switch

Use Multi meter ck voltage going out when using drl then turn them on using high or low beam turn car off to see what happens when turn back on watch voltage for drl

Guys the harness you have does not have relays it has diodes for the high beam only, there is only one of 2 ways to fix this and both cut the DRL lights in your headlights, do the swich or get the harness that cuts the power with out cutting your wires.
