Same exact issue on 10.2.1 and has been happening for a while now. Anyone resolve it?

Same issue with mine on an iPhone 7. No issues on my old iPhone 6

I have an iPhone 6, wonder if it's something that went wrong with the ios10 install - did you have ios9 in you old iPhone?

10.3.1 is the latest update. Apple not Android

GM made major changes to Mylink bg with the 14s. They have not and will NEVER make Mylink software update versions that are downward compatible with the 13s. Sucks for us

What is the call audio routing set to in Settings/General/Accessibility/Call Audio Routing?
Make sure it's either set to auto or bluetooth headset, sometimes even on auto it will mess up like that.
