HURST SHIFTER 2010 Camaro SOLD

SOLD THANKS.

I am offering for sale a SLIGHTLY used Hurst shifter for the 2010 Camaro SS. It has approximately 75 miles on it and is in New Condition with zero flaws. The shifter will be shipped in the original box with ALL instructions and original parts needed, including thread locker and lubricant grease. I am asking a very reasonable $245.00 INCLUDING shipping to lower 48 states. Item will be shipped FEDEX with tracking number. If you are in the nearby vicinity I will assist with installation. I will go so far as allowing you to drive my car if you show up in your Camaro to make sure it is to your liking. Nothing to hide here. If you have any questions I can be reached at 757-831-5122.

Why are you selling? I'm researching shifters and am curious when someone is selling one they've barely used.

I sent 2 PM's already but I guess I will try to explain here. The throw on the Hurst is very short, I know that is advertised but I figured I would try anyway. I like the old school look and that was the deciding factor. The shift effort is a little too aggressive for me, meanining its a little more force required than I prefer. It is just the way it is, nothing good or bad, just the way it is. I am going to try something different. There is a little vibration at wide open throtle, but I rarely get to that in normal driving and you have to be listening for it. There is a service pack being offered by Hurst that guarantees to fix any noise. Basically I want something a little closer to the stock feeling but with slightly shorter throws. I have offered anyone to come drive my car to see that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, its just not for me. Hope that helps. I am gonna give it another day and then its off to Ebay. Thanks

I like the old school look as well but I am still undecided. I just received my car as a Christmas gift....and what a gift it is!! Now, I can't wait to start adding all the extra's to make it even better.
