ZL1 Replicas on V6

Looking at getting some ZL1 replicas for my 2014 V6 1LS Camaro. I will be lowering it 1.3" with H&R springs so I want to have as low offset as possible so to have a wide stance but nut rub on the outer fenders. My question is what size wheel and what offset will allow the wheels to have the best fitment without rubbing on a V6 model.

20x10 with 35 offset for lowering the car.

I like the fitment on yours. If I run 11" wide in the rear what offset will I need? Are you running a 10" up front? What offset?

I was e
early adopter of the FR Wheels, I believe they are the OE offsets for the 1LE. and yes that is 10" up front and 11" rears.

Ok so I think I am going to go with 20x10 +23 up front and 20x11 +43 in the rear with 285/35/R20 tires all the way around and lowering it 1.3" front and rear. Will this setup work well on my 2014 V6 without any rubbing issues at the lower ride height?

I would strongly suggest going with 20x10 (+35 offset) for your front wheels if you are lowering your car.
My front wheels are 20x10 (+23) and it's a real aggressive offset (front tires come out slightly past the fender line).

FactoryReproductions recommends to their customers to get the +35 offsets for lowered cars.

Some guys seem to be able to get away with +23, but many others have reported rubbing (275s and 285s tires up front) with that offset with their car lowered.

mine is plus 23, and the 275 tires are close and have rubbed slightly before. I am lowered about and 1.25"

You will almost certainly have rubbing issues with the 285s up front (+23 offset) with your car lowered 1.3". I would go with +35 offset if you want to run 285s up front.

You might be able to run a 275 Nitto Invo because they have a very rounded shoulder. But 285/35/20 Good Years (fat tires) will most likely rub if you are lowered 1.3" with the +23 offsets (20x10).

My front tire isn't perfectly straight, but you get the idea. My front tires (275/40/20 Nitto Invos) stick out just slightly past the fender line. If it wasn't pouring down rain I would pull my car out of the garage and take some better straight on fontal pics.

Rear tire - 315/35/20 Nitto Invos (20x11 wheel +43 offset), so you shouldn't have any issues in the back with the +43 offsets.

Thanks for the replys and pics guys. I thought the +35 in front with rub the struts?? If not I will go +35 in the front then to be safe.

So here is what I have decided to go with:
Front: 20x10 +35 with 275/35/R20
Rear: 20x11 +43 with 295/35/R20

Lowered 1.3" on H&R Springs on a 2014 V6 Camaro

This setup should be good to go without rubbing issues right?

Hey cherokee, since your car is lowered, try out a test fit just to be sure. but from experience your setup should work just fine.
