I was waiting for you to post up Lurking in the back ground. I know he did yours. We got to talking this morning. Showed him pics of my truck. Come to find out I have known him for close to 15 years. Yes I changed my CAI. And a lot of other things.

I couldn't resist the warm winter to install the headers, plugs and wires. Getting new tune tomorrow at New Era.

Hi Vin - No more modding for me for a while. The tune has put power levels higher than the winter tires can handle. I'm hoping the summer tires are enough wider and sticker to handle it better or I'll end up shopping for wider wheels and tires this spring. I'd steal them off my wife's car but I think she'd notice...
I also haven't figured out what to do with my second hood now that the club decal is off. Too cold in the garage right now for stickers / stripes / decals anyway.

Our NY5thGen bros are trying to set something up this season for Long Island/NYC. Looks like it's still in its infancy planning stages. If you're interested fill out the questionnaire at the link below to help them get this rolling. Just takes a few minutes.

haha - yes. You're welcome to drive mine first if you want to try it. You can also talk to the IPF guys, they were happy to answer all my questions and were patient and accomodating (I called them a couple times).

I understand that a few other things would also be affected for me, such as shift settings. Seeing as IPF stopped making the supercharger kit last year, options are fewer, but more immediately affordable. So no more reason to wait... |

Does anyone have an opinion on the best trailing arms? I visit the drag track a few times per year, but only for fun (for now). Any thoughts on other upgrades to stop the hop??

I have BMR trailing arms because I was scared the wheel hop would break a drive axle after putting on my blower. There is no wheel hop now, just spinning. I'm told what makes a huge difference is lowering it an inch. That's next on the list for me.

Make sure you replace the outer bushing if you do trailing arms. I think they need to be ordered separately.

Thanks! Seems like everyone has BMR and I haven't heard any bad things about them. I am already lowered on Pfadts and it made a big difference when I did it.
