That is because the manufacturer has yet to provide one. However, it is very easy. Here is Apex Paul's version of a wiring DIY.

I did modified mine as I didn't like the heights of them, and while you at it, you could change the color easily.

What was the height issue?

BTW, I want to change the color of the sill plate to black from polished/chrome.

The height issue was the plexiglass itself and the 5mm thick double tape. If you stick it on like this, you would have an 1/8" gap between the sill and plate.

Has anyone purchased the new design? I know the new ones are GM Certified and look much better than the originals, to me. Also with custom text if wanted, nice!

I'd love to get a pair at some point but want to hear reviews of the latest version.

We have sold quite a few of them. Check our sales thread in the vendor area. There are some posts from members that have bought them.
