I have an LS V6, someone stated their SS could take my 1000. I just wanted to hear what you guys with SS's thought.

The 1000 wont be running 9's unless it's lowered and strapped. Most likely it would have to be lowered to get the 9's.

As in a completely different built engine and transmission, fully gutted interior 1000 hp+ and drag racing slicks(with 4 inches separating them)... Hell to make a Camaro SS run with a 1000 cc superbike(you can forget about 1300 cc bikes and turbo 1000 cc+ bikes) you would have to just rebuild from the bottom up. There is a drag race on YouTube between a 1500 hp rwd(the awd shattered) and a 300 hp Busa, it wasn't even close.

yep and here in houston, there is plenty of bikes and races like this. Went out to Mexico and a friend raced a Supra that beat everyone and bikes. He raced my friends gsxr 1K, that had work and it was a close race, but bike beat him out, but barley..

I agree with the statements above, a 1K is way to much power if you dont know how to handle a bike. Do some track days and get some experience.

One of the dumbest questions ever asked. Like many have said it will not even be close. An 06 gsxr 1000 bone stock went 9.98 at 148 at the local track. The new ones are even more insaine.
