Yep, an ounce of prevention. Due to the nature of the cam profile and I had only 55k at time of the initial swap, my builder either didnt want to touch the heads or thought it wasnt neccessary.
I don't know for sure yet, that is what it is, but its a bit louder than since installed. I am planning on said caddy lifters |

Maybe I should revive this thread..
I will be soon re-doing my engine by swapping cams and adding ported heads and LS7 clutch(OEM). I am pretty excited as the parts trickle in here. Good stuff from GPI and others. Something about looking at the parts in their raw form gets me happy like a kid on Christmas! Really excited to see the heads! |
