Haha OP here, these responses are great! Thank you all for confirming that I'm normal for doing this (or else confirming that we're all hopeless camaro-addicts, either way...)

Currently spying on her from my window...

Not only do I look back and out the window, but my coworkers look out the window at my car too! There are dozens of Lexus, BMW, and Audi's here but only one SS.

Only Camaro at my old job too. My new job is in construction (commercial electric, yikes on my car) and I get more comments now than ever. Everyone just stares when I drive up to job sites.

So I was at the gym yesterday and parked her directly in front of the area where the weights are (where I typically work out) . Got to keep an eye while working out and taking my breaks. It was dirty bc its been raining so much but even saw this guy walk up and admire her. It just made me think of this thread lol

its a great feeling to admire what you drive. I love looking back and that feeling when you see people eyeing it is even better. Just remember even the ones you don't want admiring it are as well. Its good to have a car that gets lots of attention BUT haters and thieves look at it for other reasons.

I'm guilty of doing this too. Anywhere I go its a must to look back at my car when parked.

Always! Everywhere! Even when I park it at home and walk to my front door, looking back is compulsory lol.

It must look so douchey to anyone else who notices. I know there are others like me and I am looking for treatment plans to help me with my condition.
A sypnosis of this thread concludes that we are all normal.

I wish we had Arbys in China!! I could go for some curly fries now. Here is the view from my classroom. My kids are in PE, I can watch them and my car!

Now I'd better get back to lesson planning.
