I just watched the video on the OnStar site. You basically hit the blue button that calls the OnStar customer service desk. You just tell them where you want to go and they look it up in the system. Then the turn-by-turn engages when the customer rep hangs up. If you take a wrong turn or intentionally leave the route, it will inform you and re-calculate a new route for you if you wish. Pretty cool. Wonder how much the service costs though?

So my next question... let's say I don't feel like paying for the safe & sound package. Couldn't I just call up and enable it if something were to happen (keys locked in car, car stolen, etc) and then use it without having to pay for all those months before? Obviously this would be hard if you were in a wreck though heh.

Yeah I know, I pay for Sirius/XM currently, best thing ever. I just like saying... COOL SHARK FIN!!! Cuz it is.
