Pictures of my new direct port setups, the new controller will make sure the meth sprays the amount to get the lambda value I want.

Any thought on the impeller upgrade that 928 is offering for the V-3s now ? Considering it, and maybe upgrading the SC bearings to make sure it can handle the higher rpms's

Hi... Magnum I'm getting ready to order the sure grip pulley from 928motosports and want to verify 20mm diameter on output shaft... Also can you give additional info on m8x30mm washers to make sure I get right ones...thanks, Dennis

I thought about doing it, but you need a hydraulic press to get the bearings on and off the shafts. I believe there are 4 bearings, 2 on each shaft. I don't know if the 928 impeller would work also since the volute housing is made for the SCi, while the impeller is made for the Si. The impeller might hit the volute.

Its 20mm, and here are the links to Ebay items I bought for the 30mm spacers.

M12: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281876507129...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

M8: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281868137212...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

If I can get the parts for an 8 rib upgrade, I can get longer spacers to allow the fitment of the 8 rib belt, but would need to find the idler pulleys that could work.

Only real part of my old setup I have that I can sell would be the VC-50 controller. It is actually a nice controller, but I needed more since I'm pushing the engine so hard.
http://www.snowperformance.net/product-p/60500.htm

I'm still using my Safe Injection module to monitor the flow of the Auxiliary pump which if it falls to low, activates a input that signals my new controller to open up the bypass valve and dump pressure. The new controller can also command the valve to open if the Main pump amps go outside a certain range, so if it draws more than 12 amps that means the line is clogged, less than 6 amps means the line is broken.

This is the controller I use now, but it is very expensive and complicated to use.

So you need both sizes? How many of each? Interested in 8groove if that works out?

Jonathan,
I emailed Carl at 928 last week and he said their new impeller for V3 SCi (very recent update), will work
928 has some new interesting items on their website for V3 SCi

You need 2 of the M12's, and 3 of the M8's. 8 rib will be quite a project since it would require replacing every pulley on the engine.

Thanks for updating me, I haven't checked their website in a few months, just checked and it has the SCi upgrade. Definitely will look at it over the winter time.

Finally tested the solenoids with my new controller and they pulse perfectly to the PWM Hz. This will allow a lot better tuning options now.

Also decided to use my wideband for meth safety, if it goes over 0.94 lambda I will dump the boost. This way if my meth content is lower than normal it will still protect the engine.
