Its not that, cleaned the MAF since the last time it rained.
Like I said, car ran great after I loaded the tune and drove it for 5 miles to check everything. I drove 25 miles to the track after that and its crap. I'm about to make another run, see if it screws up again. When I loaded a new tune with the old spark plugs it ran like this. |

Anybody get oil coming out of the supercharger vent bolt? I filled it correctly when I first installed it.

Getting the fluid out was messy, siphoned as much from the reservoir as we could then just had an oil pan to catch the rest.
Filling it up I put enough in to make a mark on the dipstick, then while the car was in the air still I turned the steering wheel back and forth about 10 times. Filled the reservoir to the correct level the turned the steering wheel more times. Repeated until the level stayed the same. Did it again after the car ran too. |

Can't say I have ever had this problem. I have changed the fluid 3 times already. No issues.

Which side is your vent plug on? Passenger or Driver side?

My vent plug is on the passenger side. The dipstick is supposedly on the driver's side, but I cannot remove mine because it's so tight and the Allen head starts stripping. When I change the oil, I just try to get as much of the 4 oz bottle in as I can. Seems to work.
Magnum, you might also want to check your harness going to the MAF. Not sure if you had a plug-in extension harness to lengthen it or if you had to cut and splice, but that's a potential spot for trouble. John B. |

I agree with checking the MAF extension. I originally had crimp connections and this was a real issue. I ended up taking the crimps out and soldering the connections and heat shrinking with marine heat shrink. An intermittent connection will raise these type issues.

Ok, I might have a problem then, my vent plug is on the driver side, dipstick on the passenger side. The dipstick is higher than the vent plug. Need a new dipstick also, the brass is stripped, will be fun removing.
For the MAF, I soldered the wires, I had never had luck using crimp connectors. Crappy thing is, this morning I took it for a test drive, zero problems. I hate trying to troubleshoot problems that appear at random. The autolite spark plugs were causing popping during any time, but the stock plugs only cause popping after the car has been driven a while. My LTFT's were +18% from last night with popping, but this morning they are +10% and no popping. I will need to talk to Arno to ask him if my car is adjusting from a long drive and then adding too much fuel at WOT. I'm taking the car apart this morning to ensure there are no leaks. I know I have an exhaust leak near the back of the car, the join is covered in soot. Going to also make sure my cats are still in one piece from the misfires. If all that turns out fine, then I will go do a dyno run and send all the data is sent to IPF. |

I have the same exact problem with the dipstick, as I mentioned. Not sure how I'll get mine out either. Probably JB Weld a socket onto it overnight then try to break it loose, once I get a new one, that is.

Yeah, brass is too soft. Took out my drivers side O2 sensor, the same side the cylinder misfire was on and its tan colored, last time it was black.

Took off both my cats, this is what both of them look like at the entry point.

Weird. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with what they "should" look like, but the scrunched up end doesn't look right.
The oh-2 sensor sounds like the mixture is right, would you agree? John B. |
