hi guys

bringing my 2014 Z28 to indoor car show and don't want to drain battery by leaving trunk open all weekend with the trunk light on

which fuse do i pull for the trunk light

i know i can also pull the light assembly but not sure if i want to tamper with the plastic housing

If I am not mistaken,I think the light will go out on its own after a few minutes. It does on my ZL1 so I would think it would on the 28 also.

if you disconnect the battery and accidently close the trunk...then how can you open the trunk to reconnect the battery?

From inside the car.

Just put the rear seat back down, then crawl to the trunk and pull the emergency opener

My trunk light automatically goes out after about 5 minutes as well... hell open your trunk and see if it goes out after some time... it'd be alot easier than worrying with fuses or disconnecting the battery...

The Z28 does not have a pass through seat, part of the weight reduction process.
