Generally speaking...

How long does it take for the computer to adjust to a cai? I put the Air raid on and it seems like i lost a little low end torque.

Depends on how and how often you drive it. On other cars I'd disconnect the battery for a few hours so that it forgets what it used to know and immediately begins relearning with the new intake. I'm fairly certain it works in this case too, but not positive.
