2010 Tail Light Lens Replacement

On one tail light I have a big scratch/crack like a rock hit it, don't ask me how. Anyway, has anybody replaced one on their lenses? These are Technostalgia lights, so I have the stock light as a spare. I can remove the stock lens and put it on the Tech light, but I would appreciate any advice and tips before I attempt the swap.

I don't think you can or would want to do that the Techbostalga lens is "see through" and the stock is not it has "dimples" in it to disperse the light from the light bulb. the tach are see through you can see the LEDS. just my 2 cents.
