That is your target production week. It will be built someday that week.

The date should be the Target Production Week (TPW).
They plan to build the car sometime during next week.

this comes as somewhat of a shock to me... I just placed the order on june 10, and it went 2500 on june 16. I thought based on other peoples order date I would have a tpw of about 7/19 or 7/26? how the heck does this work?

It can sometimes depend on whether the dealer entered the car as a "sold order" or not. My dealer ordered 4 cars on the same day, and mine is building this week. The rest are building next week.
My order was entered the last week in May and is building this week, so yours is about the same schedule.

Actually, that is not uncommon. Last year, my order went in the system on 7/1, and I went from 1100 to 3300 in about two days. Car was built on 7/31, and yes, I got lucky. So, once your car is complete, you'll get your vin # quickly (link info found in the first paragraph of this link) http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31614
and other info as well. I would think you would get your car by the week of July 12th, depending on your location. Congrats!!!

You are very welcome! I had some awesome folks who helped me track it, and wonderful stories of others waiting on their cars, it was great! And it begins again with the 2011's!

I just got an update to 3400 as well, with a TPW of 6/28!

Does anyone know how long it stays at 3400 before it is actually built (3800)?
