Look at the KPE fiasco , and the reborn KPE fiasco, words and good intentions don't mean a damn thing

What I meant was this : no one that makes or has made an S/C kit for the LLT's or LFX has maintained quality or quantity..Wish Pro-Charger would get fully involved and create a kit for these cars

If Will says it's going to be good then it's going to be good

Gotcha.. Give it time as like anything that is modified things tend happen and when you push a product thats not meant to be pushed sometimes the results speak for themselves

The fiaso in mention was with two different fabricators which should say something who the issue is with... from my understanding two affiliates of kpe have left as well.. the pulley system with kpe was not in production run and was a single belt setup... doesn't mean its a bad product maybe just not finalized... however the Overkill system designed by Will/Tracy is a quality product and the separate 8rib belt drive system is great...

Update on the kit, we're about a week behind as Dennis' Camaro and our project Canyon were both finished and driven home by their owners, but development is basically at the end, just sweating the small details to get them right...

Dennis (DGM) has a 3" pulley install on his Vortech. The current belt is just a bit too long for the tensioner's range of motion and the next size belt down is too short Dennis reports, so the solution is to machine a larger tensioner pulley. We're machining different pulley sizes and will set things up on our engine mockup to test what belt and what tensioner pulley size is required.

The power steering relocation we're finalizing the fitting design into the pump, and I've got a half dozen hoses here that I'm evaluating. Because this hose is under suction from the pump, it's important that the hose be sturdy enough not to collapse, but also flexible enough to move with the engine. We'll make 100% certain that there are no power steering issues with the Overkill kit!!

I'm also getting set up for remote tuning with rental wideband systems. These rental widebands will slide into the tailpipe, plug into the power outlet in your Camaro, and then plug in either an HPTuners Pro suite or a modified Autocal handheld. The advantage will be that you'll be able to send me air/fuel ratio readings, just like a dyno tune, but without having to strap your car to a dyno. The installation would require no permanent mounting or modifications to your car, the equipment would be a deposit only and fully refundable when the equipment is returned, and the tuning service is all included in your purchase of the supercharger kit.

More to come

This is great news Will! Count me in for a power steering setup when they become available separately

Any setups for those of us with the 80mm T/body and E85 or do we go back to stock T/body and gas.

Is this just an adapter that you pick up for any wideband? Because this sounds like a good alternative to me having to buy multiple widebands for my vehicles.

80mm is fully compatible, we'll send the right coupler for both the stock and for the 80mm.

E85 is a little tough, I'll be testing an overdrive of the high pressure fuel pump because we're running out of gasoline right now on several Camaros with extensive builds, nevermind trying to run ethanol. If it works well, then we'll see what power level we can support on E85.

You can get tailpipe fittings, I've done this for a decade now, helps me go from car to car. Not a permanent mounting solution but perfect for sticking in your tailpipe for a few hours to tune and then take out again.

If you have an HPTUner Pro it'll accept the inputs, standard suite won't. Autocals have to be modified.

Will keep us updated on your progress with the high pressure fuel pump!
