My LS 2nd gear started grinding shortly after I got it home, and the 2011 Stang stick V6's are having problems too.

I was probably better off going getting an automatic ...

Its an auto. Funny though, he is running a 125 shot without a tune and the motor held up.

Oh, so it is an auto. That's cool. I would've been afraid to do that with the AY6! The fact his motor held up says a lot for the engine as well as the company that made the 125 shot.

And just so people don't think I'm a troll (I'm not), I can report that a Stang forum has a thread on "2011 rough shifting manuals" that has over 3600 posts and is 246 pages long.

I can't believe it's 2011 and the manufacturers are putting in such crappy sticks in their cars.

Pay more ....get less...its our economy and that goes for all the Manufacturers I hate to say...

But over all I believe we have some of the best factory made hotrods in history......power and economy in a reasonably affordable package.

Remember what "Performance" cars in the 80's were like.....

Yes sir, you are right.

My stock 210hp 85 GT ran high 14's, and a stock 240hp 95 Cobra I had ran mid 14's. Now, V6 Camaro's and Stangs run that (and better!).

I don't see a PM selection in your pull down Do you have something turned off in your UserCP? We have a club event this coming Saturday at the Windmill in Penn Yan followed by laps at Watkins Glen. About 40 of us will be there. There's some info in the last couple of pages and more to come. PM me if you can and I will send you info if you want.
