Erratic Vibration?

I noticed something on the way home from work tonight. It seemed like a high frequency vibration on my car, usually when accelerating. No idea what it may be. It does not happen every time, only every now and then. Sounded like it was coming from the rear.

Any ideas?

from the drivers side? under the car or from back in the back window? I have been getting a vibration from that back window inside the car on the drivers side
