Just a sample for Mustang. $2900 for manual Recaro's. IMO this is where your start price wise...

Has anybody thought about how much money it costs to ship a seat? How much to package it properly? I'd venture a guess that it would cost roughly $100-$150 to do it properly. Obviously depending on how far away you live from Michigan.
Can they not drop ship?

I am very interested in getting a set of these, I would like to know if these would have heat and cooling options as well as power. If you know if they will have those options please PM me to let me know! Thanks

GM is a business, if they see there are 200+ potential customers they will have no problem lowering their price a couple hundred, they will still make tons of money.

If they don't, we'll we know why they went bankrupt in the first place

Well, there is no pricing or availability yet,and the thing with complete seats is that they are only available for a short time. Then there is the side-airbag . I think it comes with the seat, not sure . But will the harness for it match up to a pre -14 ?

I would say yes the connectors will all be the same. The 14 was a minor refresh so I do not see gm going through the trouble for a whole new seat harness and changing connectors. I could be wrong by that in my speculation.

Why deal with chevy. If 200 people are in why not go to the seat manufacturer?

Just a thought. Chevy's just a middle man hear.
