Weekend project done PART 2..Duel halos and front black out this time

Using this harness http://www.gen5diy.com/PnP_harnesses...rs-drl-harness I installed my duel halo headlights made by Spyder. The guys at Gen5 Diy were a great help. Was not that bad to do. Really its a "If I can do it , you can do it" project. One tip for taking off the front bumper is to take off the three bolts by the front reflector in this order. Remove the 7mm vertical bolt first . That allows the fender to be pulled back giving better access to the white 10mm colored bolt. (White maybe because my car is white? Yours may be the color of your car.) Then take off the black one. The blackout is the Transformer version. Check the symbols under the light. Very subdued. Lighting makes it look bolder in the picture.

What was the part number for the blackout kit or where did you get it. I believe it is the transformers one, correct?

Where did you buy your headlights from? And can you tell me everything you needed to have the headlights working functionally? Because my headlights kept flickering on and off. (I have a 2Ls)

Purchased the lights here
http://www.ebay.com/itm/271017420262...S:3160&vxp=mtr

And I purchased a harness here. It has a Halo always on option.
http://www.gen5diy.com/PnP_harnesses/non%20rs-drl

Call them first to make sure you get the right harness. This harness will solve your flicker issue. Easy plug and play.

Gen5 Diy people are great to work with.

LOOK DEEP INTO MY EYES!

I don't mean to thread jack OP. These headlights work on 2010-2013 Camaros. To install these you need to remove the front bumper and your current headlights. As for the wiring, you can use a relay like I did, or you can buy a harness like Burton did. Here is my thread on these.

Edit: I bought mine from Amazon for $300 shipped!
