How much should you pay for your Pirelli tires?

After 2 years I put 47,000 miles on my car. Got a nail stuck on one tire and the tire shop refused to fix it because its bald they say, so I decided to replaced all four of them I paid 1100 for four tires. Do u think its reasonable? How much should you pay for your tires?

Pirelli tires are about $300 a piece so that sounds about right.

$822 for a full set of 4 from tirerack.com

I wouldn't pay a grand for Pirelli's there's plenty of better tires out there.

Toyo Proxies 4+ for me. $748 delivered from Tread Depot! Tremendous traction and sidewall strength for an all season tire.

What size of rims do you have? I have the 19" rims with my 2LT, I paid $656 for all season Pirelli P-Zeros. Plus I got a $50 MIB card. Shipping was $100 from Tire Rack. So about $700 shipped.

The Dealership wanted something to the tune of $1,200 for the same tires. I kindly declined, ordered these from Tire Rack, and brought the tires with me to get them mounted by the dealership.

If they're 245/50/19 AS P-Zeros, I think you paid too much.

Yeah, the smaller ones in front and the larger ones in back, averaged out to 1200 I think maybe a little more. I got the steel factory rims and I'm running all season BFGs I think they are $99.00 a tire. I got a nail in the BFGs and one in the Pirellis, go figure.

I have 20 inch rims. 1019.89 total including installation wheel balancing, TMPS valve service kit and even waste tire disposal fee. LOL
