9 sec 6speed ???
I would like to know if anybody has ran 9s or came close to it with a manual car ... i like shifting gears too much to go to a auto ... and if so what is your setup ???

I assume you mean in a fifth gen Camaro right? Because there are some 4th gen 6 speeds in the 8's.

It can be done but you need 700+ and a great driver. Not many people out there anymore really can drive a manual anymore. If you ask me an auto is cheating and they should have separate classes even.

I like to challenge my self a auto is the easy way out if u ask me ... but I make enough power abt 850rwhp ... just was inquiring if any manuals have gotten close besides LPE

to be fair the Lmr tranny is pretty close to an auto and by this I mean they don't have to push the clutch in to shift gears.(Torque cut module)

Yes it is a Faceplated TR6060 but if you watch that vid it sounds like he is still using the clutch to shift, or at least lifting to shift. Pretty sure that was before they perfected the torque cut.
